Chinese memory producer YMTC is raising its 3D NAND pricing by upwards of 5%, with market leaders Samsung, Micron, and SK Hynix expected to follow suit. Firmer memory pricing pricing is here. Memory makers (and Supplyframe as forecasted in early Q1) believe pricing has reached its floor.
